Our history
Velaro Capital was built by operators with real-world experience. What began in residential real estate evolved into a full-scale investment and acquisition firm rooted in commercial deals, development, and off-market strategy.
Our founder’s journey started in traditional real estate but quickly expanded into commercial assets, franchise development, zoning strategy, and business brokering — experiencing the gaps and inefficiencies in the system firsthand.
That experience turned into action: consulting on retail and ground-up developments, sourcing investment opportunities, and building a network of investors, agents, and operators who know how to move with purpose.
